From my experience with mechanics, which is more than usual for the average person--- I have terrible luck, (or I just suck at taking care of vehicles) Yardley automotive has by far the best customer service and care of anyone I have been too. (says a lot when I have a brother who is a talented mechanic) Money is tight so I occasionally venture off and try to find someone cheaper than Yardley but each time I regret it. Every time I have had a vehicle with Yardely they have done a thorough and great job. Most recently my car was making some VERY concerning noises and I was worried the vehicle I was still making payments on was about to explode or possibly it was on the verge of self destruction from my neglect, and with the vehicle being the only one we have for our family both my husband and I rely on it for our livelihoods. Yardley had me drop the vehicle off Friday afternoon and by Monday afternoon they had it fixed. RECORD TIME. The bill hurt a little bit, but I appreciated the itemized bill and fact sheet they gave me, telling me exactly what they did and how much each thing cost. So all I need to do now is reconcile a little bit with my vehicle and promise to do better.... wish me luck.
