I went in for an oil change and ended up having a miscommunication about some extra work being done on my tires. when I went to get my vehicle my bill was a lot more than I expected to pay. I left a review about not being happy with my service and Kevin got back to me the same day. He called me when he got in the office next and gave me a refund for the tire service to fix the issue. I really appreciate his efforts to fix this!
